Kelet Mori Obek is a group of nomads traveling the paths of Asia and Eastern Europe. Our main camp is located in British Columbia, more specifically 48685 Chilliwack Lake Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia.
Leadership
• The Lord and/or lady are the leadership of Kelet Mori Obek.
• The lord is responsible for the daily management of Kelet Mori Obek.
• The lord may create or remove any offices as needed.
• The lord will make every effort to attend all House of Lords meetings and if not able to attend will have representation attend same.
• All votes at the House of Lords meetings are at the discretion of the lord.
• The lord may use an alternative title that means the same thing in their persona/culture (i.e. Mongolian – Kgan).
The Elders
• The lord has a group of advisers called “The Elders”. The Elders help to keep the balance for the group.
• As the group grows, the lord may add Elders as needed.
Step down:
• The lord will call a meeting of the elders.
• They will determine on who would be the best person to lead Kelet Mori Obek.
• The lord will name his replacement.
Removal
• Must challenge the lord to combat.
• No champion may be used.
• The challenger needs 45% support from the people of Kelet Mori Obek.
• The challenger needs to be a member of Kelet Mori Obek for a min of one year.
• Time, date, and location to be announced within 30 days notice.
• The challenger makes the arrangements and gives notice to the populace.
• The challenger must inform the lord in writing of the accusations at least 14 days before the day of the challenge so the lord can prepare an adequate defense.
• Day of the challenge, the challenger presents his case for the challenge, at that time the lord may defend himself.
• The people of Kelet Mori Obek will determine who they will side with.
• At this time, it will be determined if the challenger still holds 45% support. If not, the change is over.
• If the challenger has 45% then the challenge will proceed.
