1. A lengthy discussion ensued regarding the upcoming Crown War, recruiting potential and increasing momentum and energy for the EMP.
2. A lengthy discussion of the format of EMP Branches and explanations of exactly the difference between Level 3 (principalities) and Level 4 branches (kingdoms)
3. Quaz presented and updated version of the Legion Charter. Calipha Tayissa moved to ratify the charter and Lord Vego seconded.

6. Event Calendar Discussion covering upcoming events for 2011
7. Crown War discussion- Questions about the site layout, camping and parking.

Motion Fails. Inagural Crown War WILL BE held on July 8-10 in BC hosted by Norholt and Kelet Mori obek.

The BOD gives a call to the Branches to put forward Champions to participate in the Tourney at War Crown.
